He looked around and saw people coming for him. Everywhere he turned it was subtlety or obvious like a hammer to the head. He was either the center of their world or he was delusional. Kind of a lose-lose situation he said, until he began to realize the power of either situation. He began to think how he could test the situation, the scientist scratched his chin, furrowed brow, and contemplated his action.

If he was delusional it would become more clear, right? If he was the center of their world, the same.

One thing was true. And it's real important, if you want to elude delusion; the sun shone warmly on the sidewalk outside.
