HELP!

Looking to the Federal Gov't to help us - everyone looking for help, looking for help

SOMEONE HELP US...

SOMEBODY - ANYBODY - HELP, HELP, HELP, HELP, HELP...

we must help ourselves.
there is no one to rely on - unless you, personally, discover and develop a relationship that allows for you to make the choice to rely...

I am past the point of trying to understand why people, amidst and amongst all the evidence, still think that the answer is more help from "far" away. I am past trying to understand. I will spend no more effort on the "why".

Instead, I think of the reality of history. The fact that we all, everyone, have been making choices, every minute, every day, for all of history and that means that we, right now, today, are all products of history. We are the effects of billions of choices. All of our beauty, all of our rage - products of choices!

And just as we are the products, just as we are the effects of choices made...we are also the head of the stream. We are effects. We are also causes. We lie along the spectrum of life as a single point - always moving, at the same time an effect and a cause. The question is how much is our choice limited or is our choice limited by the history of the choices we are a part of? For example at this point is it possible to make the choice to fly without an airplane? And if not, if you can't make that choice...to fly without an airplane...is it because of the history of the choices that have been made in the past? If different choices were made, back through history, choices that perhaps were more committed to loosing the bonds of human perception - would it be possible to make a choice to fly today?

And really - does it matter? If we acknowledge that we are a product of choices made...does that make a difference in how we make our choices going forward? I can see people using that very fact as an excuse to not make certain choices. I can also see people making choices they wouldn't otherwise make for the same reason...perhaps the bottom line here is this...

we are all evolving...every second...we are all simultaneously the effects of every choice ever made AND the causes of every future effect...all in this single point, NOW. The question is...what type of world do you want to live in; because you create your world every minute.

If you deny or cease to acknowledge the fact that you create your own reality - you celebrate your impotence - is it any wonder our society and system of governance is where it is today...we are impotent as a society and we don't have the understanding to realize it so instead of honoring ourselves as our own gods - we dismiss our responsibility to the responsibility of others and we find ourselves asking, again and again and forever...HELP, HELP, HELP, HELP...
